DDB just can't provide all the purchased content for free. e2 Homebrewing official stuff isn't illegal, and I've seen Stormknight on several occasions tell people if they don't want to pay for something they can homebrew it themselves.
Clarification: It will show up in the official magic items list even if you don't own it, but it won't show you the items stats unless you own the rights to see it. e Have you also attempted refreshing the page? Have you attempted searching up the item in the official magic items list? I'm not saying you didn't actually buy it, but if it shows up there and its shows its stats that can confirm you do own it. I would suggest linking your character sheet real fast, as to skip needing to link it when someone shows up who can help further! Stormknight commented on it asking him to link his character, and I'm not sure if someone simply just added the item to the characters equipment list or what, but that's twice now in a couple of days. Someone a couple days ago had the same problem, with another item.
