It has German and Russian manga if you want that (though the sources and selection are pretty limited) The interface is super clean and easy to use and it gives you a lot of search and sorting options.
All you have to do is sign in and choose the title associated with the manga. It can update you MAL, Kitsu, and AniList accounts automatically as you read the manga.
Unlimited downloads for free as long as you have good internet and sufficient memory, unlike Manga Rock which limits you to two downloads unless you buy the full version. A lot of online sources for manga (though you need an account to access Batoto), so if you don't find that manga in one source chances are it's in another one.
